The forecast anticipates exceptional deficits to persist in northwestern and southern regions, but significantly decrease in north-central regions of the country. Severe to exceptional surplus is expected to expand in central and eastern portions of Africa. 

The forecast anticipates exceptional deficits to dissipate central regions of the country, but persist in Algeria, Mali, Mauritania, and nearby western coastal regions. Regions of southeastern Africa are expected to observe surpluses of varying intensity, while southern countries such as South Africa, Namibia, and Zimbabwe should expect exceptional deficits to emerge. 

The forecast anticipates widespread deficits in northern regions of the continent, with similarly intense deficits occurring in Botswana. Eastern countries and southern regions of the Horn of Africa are expected to observe intense surplus.

The forecast anticipates that exceptional deficits in northern African countries will expand to cover other countries, such as Niger and southern Libya. Transitional conditions in the Democratic Republic of Congo are expected to disappear, becoming deficits, while Tanzania can expect intense, persisting surplus.

The forecast anticipates widespread exceptional deficits across much of northern Africa, with some similarly intense deficits appearing in southern regions of the continent. Areas of surplus are expected in southeastern countries.
