The forecast indicates that concentrations of severe to exceptional surplus will persist in regions of Kazakhstan and southwestern Russia, while exceptional deficits will linger in regions near Lake Baikal. 

The forecast indicates that pockets of exceptional deficits will remain in regions near Lake Baikal, while northern coastal regions of Russia can expect surpluses of varying intensity. Much of northern Kazakhstan can anticipate severe to exceptional surplus. 

The forecast indicates that most regions of Russia and Central Asia will experience near-normal to abnormal anomalies. However, much of the northern regions of Kazakhstan should anticipate widespread surpluses, as well as some eastern portions of the country. Sparse pockets of deficit are expected in western, northwestern, and southeastern Russia. 

The forecast indicates that exceptional deficits widespread throughout Russia will downgrade significantly, though still remain in small, isolated areas of the country. Intense surplus is expected to appear in southwestern regions of Russia and in northern to eastern Kazakhstan. 

The forecast expects exceptional deficits in western and eastern Russia to mostly diminish, but still linger in isolated areas. Similar deficits are expected to continue northwest of Lake Baikal. Intense surplus is anticipated in regions of northern Kazakhstan and northeastern Russia, as are exceptional deficits in Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
