The forecast indicates that most exceptional deficits in southern India will dissipate, with most of the remaining regions observing moderate to severe surplus. Some northernmost states of India, as well as some pockets of Pakistan, will experience deficits of varying intensity. 

The forecast anticipates a widespread emergence of surplus in India, with the most intense concentrations appearing in central, southern, and eastern regions of the country. Exceptional deficits are expected in regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The forecast anticipates moderate to severe surplus to spread significantly throughout India. Extreme to exceptional deficits are expected to resolve in Bangladesh, but continue in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
